Lose Weight Without Willpower
Your body doesn’t like starvation diets.
That’s why, at Hypnosis and Diet, I’ve never been a fan of using “willpower” to lose weight.
The more you try to resist the urges to eat, the stronger they get, until you eventually give in.
Willpower is based on ”logic” and it’s no match for the powerful emotionally-driven brain center that governs appetite when it thinks your body is starving.
The emotional brain keeps urging you to eat because it thinks your body is starving. Emotion will win out every time.
These simple new consciousness techniques “reset” the appetite center and reduce hunger signals. This creates a “peaceful indifference” to food. At hypnosis and diet, we believe in making things simple and using the subconscious mind to our advantage. Now, THAT is a great way to live!
